Pack your own oatmeal and favorite oatmeal spices, some fruit and a bowl and the in room coffee pot will heat water for you for a hearty breakfast. And vegan foods from overseas tend to be shelf stable.

  • Restaurants NationallyTaco Bell-reliable option. Their refried beans and tortillas are vegan so it makes the options near endless. Cheese is an obvious ask to omit, but most of their sauces also contain dairy. But you can add their black beans or potatoes to many options and made a great meal for yourself or family.Chipotle & Qdoba are easy vegan options. Even Del Taco has things that can be made vegan.-How to order at Taco Bell & things that can be made vegan upon request. How to order at ChipotlePizza-most pizza places have an accidentally vegan crust and marinara, just look online to confirm. Many chains now have a vegan cheese option. If not, long time vegans are accustomed to asking for NO cheese and lots of veggies for a meal. Salads will be vegan if you omit the cheese and croutons. GENERALLY Italian dressing or oil and vinegar are vegan but look online at chain store ingredients in advance to confirm.

    Potato or macaroni or broccoli or Waldorf salad or cole slaw-use Hellsmans VEGAN mayo and OMIT any egg or cheese or animal products

    Roasted potatoes & vegetables, bruschetta, sweet potato fries

    Try a new recipe for vegan chili, vegan fried rice, spaghetti with marinara sauce, Spaghetti Squash with Chiles, Lime, and Cilantro, chickpea/ potato curry, Black Bean Pasta

    Buy & bring Bush’s vegetarian baked beans (its vegan); Pillsbury crescent rolls, most sour dough bread is vegan (check label-no eggs or dairy) & see vegan Margarine photo guide
